5. Visa & Airline Refund Guidelines – TravelTicketShop.com

Airline tickets are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds are only possible if permitted by the airline’s fare rules and if Travelticketshop.com successfully secures a waiver from the airline.

To qualify:

You must not be classified as a “no-show”

The airline must approve the refund or credit request

6. Airline Refunds & Credits

All refunds and future credits are governed by the airline’s fare rules and procedures.

Please note:

  • All service fees are charged per passenger, per ticket
  • Booking fees, post-ticketing service fees, and cancellation/change fees are non-refundable
  • These fees are in addition to any airline-imposed penalties
  • Fees may change without notice
  • Government taxes and fees may vary, but you only pay the final quoted amount

7. Special Service Requests

Special services require airline approval and supporting documentation:

  • Name Misspelling: Must match passport/ID
  • Visa / Passport Denial: Official denial letter required
  • Baggage Claims: Submit baggage tags and receipts
  • No-Show: Provide valid explanation documents
  • Denied Boarding: Airline-issued proof required
  • Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all matching itineraries must be submitted
